Head of Private Client

You’ll join while the current Head of Department remains in place, allowing you to benefit from a structured handover, inherit an established client base, and gradually take ownership of a thriving Private Client department.

This is a rare chance to step into a true succession role rather than being expected to rebuild from scratch.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong experience across Private Client matters
• Comfortable handling wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and estate planning
• Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
• Commercially aware and growth-minded
• Approachable, collaborative and client-focused
• Looking for a long-term leadership opportunity

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a broad Private Client caseload
• Leading and developing the department
• Supporting and supervising team members
• Taking over existing client relationships
• Helping shape the future structure and growth of the team
• Contributing to wider business planning and recruitment
