A well-established regional law firm is looking for a care family solicitor with up to three years’ PQE to join them.

This is a rare opportunity in that it is fully remote and comes with a fantastic level of flexibility. You will work from home full-time but will have the option to work at one of the firm’s West Midlands offices if you decide you’d like a change of scenery.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team and handle your own caseload of care work including care proceedings, child arrangements and parental responsibilities. As a result, you’ll gain exposure to interesting and high-quality matters relatively early on in your career.

You will be expected to do your advocacy and while there would be no expectation for you to generate new work, there will be opportunities for you to get involved in business development if you wish.

You may already be on the Children Panel or be working towards Panel membership. If you aren’t on the Panel but this is something you’d like to pursue, you will be supported in doing so.
