Junior Private Client Lawyer
- SQE funding available, making this a genuine route to qualification for an experienced Private Client Paralegal
- Manage your own 30–40 matter caseload while gaining exposure to more complex Private Client and trusts work
- Merit-based progression with no ceiling, annual pay reviews and hybrid working once established
If you’re in the early stages of your Private Client career and want a firm that will actively help you take the next step, this role offers plenty of room to develop.
The firm is open to an experienced Private Client Paralegal, Trainee Solicitor or NQ–3 PQE Solicitor. You’ll join a small team and work closely with an experienced solicitor, giving you regular access to support and training rather than getting lost within a much larger department.
You’ll have responsibility for your own manageable caseload of around 30–40 wills, LPAs and probate matters, with training available where there are gaps in your experience. Alongside this, you’ll assist on more complex Private Client and trusts work, helping you steadily broaden your technical skills.
For a paralegal looking to qualify, the firm can provide SQE funding. Beyond qualification, progression is based on merit rather than waiting for positions to become available above you.

- An experienced Private Client Paralegal, including those looking to undertake the SQE
