Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or CILEX
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of 100–125 files independently
- Strong experience in Employer’s Liability and Public Liability work
- Exposure to RTA and Occupiers’ Liability claims
- Litigation and negotiation expertise with a solid billing track record
- Background in claimant-side PI work
- Empathetic communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Down-to-earth, collaborative and supportive personality
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a caseload of EL/PL, RTA, and OL claims (mainly fast-track, with some intermediate-track files)
- Handling matters from instruction through to settlement or litigation
- Delivering client-centred service and maintaining regular communication
- Contributing to a positive team culture and mentoring others when appropriate
- Integrating into one of two main sub-teams led by longstanding department heads
