You’ll be joining a busy, well-supported private client team in Stockport, working alongside experienced solicitors, a trainee, a paralegal and dedicated admin support.
With steady incoming work and a friendly, collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity for someone with wills and probate experience, or a junior Court of Protection solicitor looking to broaden into a mixed, more traditional private client role.
From the outset, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload and build strong working relationships across a supportive department. Who we’re looking for
- Private client fee earner or solicitor with 2+ years’ experience
- Strong background in wills and probate
- OR a junior Court of Protection solicitor wanting to move into broader private client work
- Friendly, organised and proactive
- Keen to grow and develop within a supportive team
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own caseload of wills and probate files
- Provide high-quality, empathetic client care
- Work closely with solicitors, trainee, paralegal and admin staff
- Handle a mix of private client matters with potential to develop CoP experience
- Contribute to the team’s positive, collaborative working culture
