A highly respected Legal 500 in the West Midlands is recruiting for a private client solicitor with significant experience in estate planning and wealth preservation matters to join its team as a Principal Associate (in between Senior Associate and Partner).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a private client solicitor with the requisite experience to take a step up or step across into a role with further opportunities for progression to Partner.
You’ll manage a caseload of pre-death work, such as lifetime trusts and IHT/Wills structuring, for a client base of HNW individuals and business owners.
The team has grown in both size and stature due to its impeccable reputation in the market. As there is an existing, growing caseload at the ready, there is no obligation to get involved in business development on behalf of the department, unless you want to.
There is also no obligation to bring a following with you – which is rare for a role of this seniority, making this a not-to-be-missed opportunity for someone looking to move into a Partner role in the next few years.
