This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Private Client Solicitor to join a progressive and people-first law firm based in Southport.

Who we’re looking for
- Private Client Solicitor from NQ up to 4 years’ PQE
- Experience handling Wills, Probate and Trusts matters
- Able to work with minimal supervision on day-to-day files
- Confidence to network and build relationships locally
- Experience working towards chargeable hour targets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client care skills with a genuine, empathetic approach
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
- Advising clients on estate planning, tax planning, probate and powers of attorney
- Delivering high-quality, compassionate client care
- Dealing directly with clients, families, carers and third parties
- Networking to attract new clients and build local relationships
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
- Managing risk through good file management and regular risk assessments
- Supporting the wider team where required
