Are you an experienced Private Client lawyer seeking a genuine route to Partnership, or an established Partner looking to influence a growing department?
This highly regarded regional firm is looking for a Private Client Senior Associate or Partner to join its Lincoln team.
This growth appointment reflects increasing demand and long-term succession planning. You’ll handle sophisticated matters involving trusts, tax planning, succession planning, HNW individuals and agricultural clients.
You’ll join a team of STEP-qualified solicitors and junior support. With the backing of a larger regional practice, you’ll develop referral relationships, build your Lincoln profile and help shape the department’s future.
Senior Associates will have a defined route towards Fixed Share and potentially Equity Partnership, while established Partners can contribute immediately to leadership and growth.

Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent (E)
- Significant Private Client experience (E)
- Ability to independently manage complex matters (E)
- Strong HNW experience (E)
- Expertise in trusts and tax planning (E)
- Proven business development capability (E)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills (E)

- Managing complex Private Client matters
- Advising HNW individuals and families
- Handling wills and estate administration
- Advising on trusts and tax planning
- Managing succession planning matters
- Supporting agricultural clients
- Developing professional referral relationships
- Networking and generating new work
- Mentoring junior lawyers
- Contributing to training and knowledge sharing
- Supporting departmental growth and strategy
