This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing Trusts & Estates team in Sandbach. You’ll handle a varied and rewarding caseload while playing an active role in the development of the department.

Who we’re looking for 

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in private client work
  • Strong experience handling a varied trusts and estates caseload
  • Experience advising on wills, powers of attorney and estate administration
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience dealing with trusts and Deeds of Variation (Desired)

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a broad private client caseload across the trusts and estates portfolio
  • Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney, estate administration and trusts
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation including wills and Deeds of Variation
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Supporting colleagues within the department and working collaboratively across teams
  • Contributing to business development and helping grow the department
