This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a collaborative team in Solihull at a firm known for balanced workloads, strong client service and genuine work–life balance.
You’ll step into a mixed private client caseload spanning residential matters, HNW clients and a diverse range of instructions, with the support of a friendly team currently looking to grow after a period of understaffing.
You’ll be joining a supportive, medium-sized firm that values flexibility, mental health and sustainability. This is an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
Who we’re looking for
- NQ–4 PQE Private Client Solicitor
- Strong experience across mixed private client work
- Solid technical ability and billing management skills
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building
- Adaptable, friendly, team-oriented and aligned with a collaborative culture
- Interest in BD (desired)
- Working towards STEP or interest in doing so (desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a varied private client caseload including residential and HNW matters
- Deliver high-quality client service with a warm, accessible approach
- Contribute to team goals and departmental growth
- Build long-term client relationships
