Private Client Associate Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Associate to join a respected, people-focused team in Warwickshire. You’ll join a department with strong junior support, an established senior structure and genuine opportunities to progress into senior leadership or partnership.

Who we’re looking for

• 5–8 PQE Private Client Solicitor (or equivalent experience)
• Strong technical ability and experience handling complex private client matters
• Background from a reputable firm with exposure to complex, high-quality work
• Excellent collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a people-first approach
• STEP qualified or working towards (desired)
• Proactive, adaptable and confident managing your own caseload

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a mixed private client caseload, including complex matters
• Work collaboratively on files with both junior and senior colleagues
• Contribute to team targets and help improve processes and efficiency
• Support junior team members through knowledge-sharing and guidance
• Play an active role in departmental initiatives and cross-team collaboration
• Attend the Stratford office (main base) with flexibility for hybrid working

Salary & Benefits

• £55,000–£65,000 depending on experience
