We are working with a positively lovely firm in North Yorkshire to recruit a private client solicitor with 3+ PQE. 

The role comes with a transparent progression route all the way up to salaried partner and the progression achieved by existing team members evidences the firm’s approach to developing and rewarding its employees.  

If you have your sights set on leadership in the future, this is a great opportunity to build your experience, supervising more junior members of the team while being guided and coached by Partners in the team. 

You’ll be able to work from home for part of your week and benefit from flexible hours to support family life and a great work/life balance. The firm will also consider those looking for part-time or compressed hours.
 
You’ll join a highly experienced and respected team of 11 private client specialists and work closely with Partners in the team, gaining exposure to internal colleagues, clients and referral partners. You’ll manage an interesting and diverse client base, including agricultural clients, advising them on estate planning, wills and probate, with some LPA and Court of Protection work. You’ll have plenty of secretarial support to boot.
