This is a fantastic opportunity for a private client solicitor with at least five years’ experience to join a well-established, reputable private client team within a friendly law firm in North Yorkshire.

You will be able to work from home up to three days per week and handle a range of private client work, with exposure to HNW cases. For the rest of the week, you’ll be based at the firm’s head office in Harrogate, with the option to spend one day in York  if you wish.

The department encourages and supports its team members to become STEP-qualified, if this is something they desire to do, so you’ll have the opportunity to progress and further hone your technical and commercial skills.
You’ll get plenty of support from a well-resourced secretarial and administration team and benefit from a friendly and collegiate firm culture.

The role has become available due to the success of the team and the organic growth of its caseload.

The firm has a fantastic reputation in the market, with an impressive roster of clients spanning all sectors. The firm has carved out a niche for itself in the digital tech space, working with interesting businesses on commercialising and protecting their IP on a global scale – so you’ll work on the private matters of interesting tech businesses as their estates grow.
