Private Client Solicitor

This is a role within a busy and well-regarded Private Client department in Chester City Centre.
You’ll come into a built up a strong caseload, meaning there is work readily available from day one. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants stability, autonomy and the chance to grow within a supportive team.
There is also genuine scope to develop the department further and, in time, help build out a team around you.
Who we’re looking for
- Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 year’s experience in private client matters
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Experience across wills, probate and estate administration
- Trust experience helpful but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work on your own initiative
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What you’ll be doing
- Handling a varied private client caseload including:
– Wills
– Probate
– Estate administration
– Trust matters
- Assisting the Director at the Chester office
- Delivering high standards of client care
- Managing files efficiently and proactively
- Helping grow and develop the private client offering over time
The workload is already there, providing a solid platform for someone looking to settle into a busy and rewarding role.
