Private Client Solicitor

This is a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or experienced fee earner to join a friendly, well-established team that is seeing increasing demand across the Warrington area.
The work is already there. The team is busy, client appointments are increasing, and this role has been created due to growth. You’ll step into a varied private client caseload, with the freedom to manage your own diary while being supported by an experienced team around you.
It’s particularly well-suited to someone who enjoys being client-facing, building relationships locally, and becoming a familiar, trusted adviser within the community.
Who we’re looking for
- Private Client Solicitor (c.2–4 PQE)
- Legal Executive, Fee Earner or experienced Paralegal with relevant experience
- Experience running your own private client caseload
- Exposure to a mix of wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration
- Confident, personable and comfortable meeting clients face to face
- Court of Protection experience helpful but not essential (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own private client caseload
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, LPAs and Court of Protection matters
- Handling client appointments across the Warrington and Runcorn area
- Building your profile locally and developing long-term client relationships
- Working autonomously, with training and supervision available where needed
