Private Client Associate Solicitor
Hot Job
- Join a growing Private Client team with genuine opportunities to progress into Associate and Director-level roles
- Tailor your caseload around your strengths, from wills and probate through to trusts, tax planning and Court of Protection work
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office), free parking and a genuinely supportive, non-corporate culture
If you’re looking for a Private Client role where your career doesn’t have to fit into a rigid mould, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.
Whether you’re an experienced solicitor looking to broaden your expertise or someone ready to step into a more senior role with leadership responsibilities, there’s scope to shape the position around your experience and ambitions.
You’ll join a well-established team handling a broad range of quality private client work, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, LPAs and Court of Protection matters. Rather than expecting everyone to follow the same path, the firm is happy to build the role around your particular strengths and interests, allowing you to develop the areas of private client work you most enjoy.
For more experienced solicitors, this is also an opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the department. You’ll support and mentor junior lawyers, help develop the wider team and build towards the firm’s clearly defined progression framework, with a genuine route for progression.
What really stands out is the culture. Management is approachable, the atmosphere is relaxed, and you’re trusted to do your job without constant oversight. It’s a modern, forward-thinking firm where people are valued for the quality of their work rather than simply the numbers they produce.
