This is a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (around 2–3 PQE) to join a well-established and highly respected local firm in Kidderminster at a time of positive rebuild and growth.
There’s plenty of work already in the department, loyal clients, and a strong community presence. What they’re looking for now is someone who can hit the ground running with their own caseload, integrate into a close-knit team, and grow with the department over time, without the pressure of aggressive targets or corporate culture.

Who we’re looking for
- Private Client Solicitor with around 2–3 PQE
- Broad experience across wills, LPAs, probate and estate administration
- Confident picking up an existing caseload and working autonomously
- Comfortable dealing with walk-in clients and community-based work
- Warm, approachable and team-focused personality
- Someone who values stability, culture and work–life balance
- Trusts exposure helpful but not essential (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and progressing a varied private client caseload
- Working on wills, LPAs, probate and estates, with some exposure to HNW/trusts work
- Delivering excellent client care in a walk-in, community-focused practice
- Contributing to business development naturally through presence and relationships
- Supporting the department as it grows back to a stable four-person team
- Developing your own autonomy and progression within the department
- Helping improve workflow consistency in high-turnover areas
