Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a new role where you can hit the ground running with an existing caseload? A well-established firm in Altrincham is seeking a probate-focused solicitor to join their growing team due to continued expansion.
You’ll be stepping into a team that is collaborative, supportive, and driven by merit-based progression, with access to plenty of high-quality work including HNW estates, trusts, and complex probate matters.
You’ll report to the Head of Private Client in Altrincham and handle a caseload of probate matters, while also supporting with wills, LPAs, and trusts. The firm works closely with IFA referrals, will banks, and receives strong cross-referrals from other departments, ensuring a steady and interesting workload. With excellent learning and development support, including STEP funding, this is a great opportunity to take your private client career to the next level.
Who we’re looking for
- 3+ PQE Private Client Solicitor
- Strong probate experience, ideally with exposure to taxable estates and HNW clients
- STEP qualified or working towards (funding available if not)
- Experience in wills, LPAs, and trusts desirable
- A team player with excellent client care and communication skills
