Private Client Solicitor

Who we’re looking for

• Private Client Solicitor or CILEx
• Ideally 5–7 PQE
• Strong technical knowledge, particularly trusts and tax
• Confident managing a varied caseload and supporting juniors
• Experience mentoring, supervising or guiding others (Desired)
• Comfortable shaping processes and contributing to departmental growth (Desired)

What you’ll be doing

• Taking over an existing, healthy caseload including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and tax
• Managing and advising on trusts and tax matters with confidence
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues (NQ + trainee)
• Helping to grow the department toward a target
• Building strong relationships with clients in an affluent demographic
• Maintaining excellent file management, financial hygiene and compliance
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and departmental efficiency
• Working closely with experienced colleagues in a small but expanding team
