Who we’re looking for
- A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ experience
- Confident managing a mixed wills, probate, LPAs and estate admin caseload independently
- Commercially aware and relationship-driven, good at engaging with existing clients and generating cross-referral work
- Interested in either working autonomously or developing a small team
- Friendly, collaborative and grounded as this is a warm, non-corporate team
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus scheme: 15% on billings above 3x salary
- Hybrid working: Up to 4 days from home
- Flexible hours and part-time options available (3+ days per week)
