Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a senior opportunity where you can take on greater responsibility and play an important role in a growing department?

This well-established Cheshire law firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join its Nantwich office, offering a varied caseload, strong client relationships and the opportunity to support the department’s next chapter.

You’ll handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, alongside more complex estates involving business and agricultural assets.

With an established senior solicitor retiring, this is an opportunity to step into a key position within the team. You’ll work closely with the incoming Head of Department, taking ownership of existing work while supporting colleagues and contributing to the department’s development.

The firm is also looking to expand its Private Client presence in Whitchurch, where the team already meets clients regularly. This creates an opportunity to help strengthen relationships and support future growth across both locations.

With a collaborative working culture, flexible hours and an emphasis on professional development, this is an appealing opportunity for a senior lawyer seeking a long-term role with genuine influence.
