Sometimes the strongest reason for a firm to recruit is simply that there’s more good work coming in than the existing team can handle. That’s exactly what’s happening with this Liverpool-based Private Client Solicitor role. Investment in business development is generating a growing flow of instructions, creating a particular need for an experienced mid-level solicitor who can take ownership of a broad wills and probate caseload. You’ll have work waiting for you, but you won’t be left to get on with it alone. You’ll join an established team with support available when you need it, giving you the autonomy to manage your files while continuing to develop your technical expertise. Longer term, progression is based on merit and supported by a defined career framework, making this a strong move if you want greater responsibility as the department continues to grow.
