A respected regional law firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join its thriving private family law team in either its Preston or Blackburn office. You’ll work closely with partners and senior lawyers to grow your own caseload, supported by your own paralegal and shared secretary.

You’ll handle a mix of divorce, finances, private children and domestic abuse matters, with the chance to get involved in networking, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business development activities.
Who we’re looking for
- 2+ PQE family solicitor (NQ with strong experience also considered)
- Experience in divorce, finances, private children and domestic abuse work
- Confident communicator with excellent client care and organisational skills
- Warm, collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
- Keen to grow their own caseload and get involved in networking
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (desirable)
Salary & benefits
- £35,000–£44,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 from home (after probation)
