Private Family Solicitor
- Join a genuinely family-run firm where people stay for years, careers are built for the long term, and you’re treated as a person, not a number
- Build your own private family caseload with the support of an established marketing function and collaborative team
- Clear progression from Solicitor through to Director, with a realistic opportunity to step into a senior role in the future
If you’re a Private Family Solicitor looking for a firm where you’ll be supported to grow your practice without sacrificing the friendly, down-to-earth culture that made you choose family law in the first place, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
During your first year, you’ll establish yourself as a trusted adviser across divorce, financial remedy and private children matters, while becoming involved in networking and business development to further strengthen your profile.
As your caseload grows, you’ll enjoy increasing autonomy while continuing to work alongside a supportive team that genuinely enjoys helping one another. Longer term, there is a clear progression pathway already mapped out, with a senior position expected to become available in the coming years, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership ambitions.
This is a firm that lives its values every day. Colleagues work closely across multiple offices, social events regularly include employees’ families, and people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Staff stay for years because they’re trusted, supported and given the opportunity to develop at their own pace rather than being measured purely by targets.
