Who we’re looking for
- NQ–3 PQE solicitor, ideally with criminal defence experience or strong litigation skills
- Exposure to professional discipline, regulatory enforcement, or motoring offences would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong client communication, drafting and advocacy skills
- Bright, detail-oriented and ambitious, with a commitment to a long-term career in regulatory law
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, hybrid team
Salary & Benefits
- £35,000–£39,000 for NQ/Solicitor, £39,000–£44,000+ for Associate level
- Agile working model – typically 1–2 days in Wigan office, up to 4 days WFH if desired
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas Eve + firm closure over Christmas
