If you’re used to volume conveyancing and want to be properly rewarded for it, this role is built around performance.

You’ll join a high-output team handling a significant number of completions each month, working within a structured pod alongside colleagues at different levels. From day one, you’ll run your own caseload of residential matters: sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds, with the expectation that you can keep things moving efficiently and accurately.

The first 6–12 months are about consistency: managing volume, hitting task-based KPIs, and building confidence in a fast-paced environment. Beyond that, there’s real scope to step up, whether that’s mentoring others, moving into a team leader role, or exploring a longer-term progression route within the business.

Who we’re looking for

  • Residential conveyancer with high-volume caseload experience
  • Experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds
  • 2–5 PQE ideal, with more senior candidates considered for leadership roles
  • Strong ability to manage client expectations and work under pressure
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Confident, proactive and able to work independently
  • Experience with Proclaim case management system (Desired)
  • Supervisory or leadership experience (Desired)
  • Resilient, commercially aware and comfortable in a target-driven environment

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload (40+ files)
  • Handling matters from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising with agents, lenders, brokers and clients
  • Working within a structured team pod system
  • Meeting task-based KPIs and performance targets
  • Maintaining compliance and strong file management standard
  • Supporting junior colleagues where appropriate
  • Contributing to overall team performance and efficiency
