A well-regarded Cheshire law firm is looking welcome a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with at least two years’ experience to its thriving team.
The role comes with above market-rate pay and a fantastic bonus scheme with which to top-up your income.
The role offers great flexibility and you will be able to work from home for two days per week. In addition, the firm is centrally located in a pretty Cheshire town with a thriving leisure, retail and hospitality scene, just five minutes’ walk from the local train station and with plenty of other transport links/parking available.
You will advise on a focused caseload of complex, high value conveyancing files, including remortgaging, new build and transfers of equity.
You will have the benefit of your own personal assistant to help you manage your caseload and manage client relationships, ensuring an attractive work/life balance.
The firm is highly specialised, providing only private client and property legal (both domestic and commercial) services to a Cheshire client base.
