Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

A highly respected Yorkshire law firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to take the lead in its commercial property department and help steer the team into its next phase of growth. With an existing flow of quality work and full support from the wider firm, you’ll be able to hit the ground running and shape the team around you.
You’ll initially join the management team as Associate Director, with a clear route to Board-level ownership in the near future. This is a rare opportunity to take a genuine step up, within a collaborative and down-to-earth culture that values ambition, autonomy, and work-life balance.
Who we’re looking for
- 5+ PQE, with strong experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Confident handling leases, option agreements, sales, purchases, refinancing, and corporate support work
- Background likely in a mid-sized or smaller firm where you’ve gained varied experience
- Supervisory experience and strong leadership potential
- Commercially minded with some BD experience or appetite
- Gravitas, enthusiasm and a collaborative approach
Salary & benefits
- £65,000–£80,000 depending on experience
- Profit-share bonus scheme (typically 10% of billing over target, negotiable if bringing a following)
