  • Supporting the Director as the department’s number two
  • Taking ownership of complex, sensitive matters from day one
  • Collaborating with a friendly, high-performing team
  • Contributing to the future growth and stability of the department
  • Over time, developing into a leadership position with a route to Associate Director

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £60,000–£70,000 (DOE)

    • Clear path from Senior Associate to Associate Director
    • Proven internal progression (e.g. current Director joined as Senior Associate)
  • Firm: Legal 500-ranked, Chambers High Net Worth recognised
  • Culture:
    • Genuinely flexible and family-friendly
    • Supportive of career development
    • Positive, collaborative and down-to-earth environment
