Serious Injury Solicitor
- Handle just 10–15 serious injury files at a time, allowing you to focus on quality over volume
- Work on life-changing catastrophic injury claims with direct client contact from day one
- Hybrid working, up to £75,000 plus bonus and a clear pathway to Partnership
This is a role built around making a genuine difference.
Rather than measuring success by the number of files you can move through your desk, you’ll be trusted to focus on achieving the very best outcomes for people whose lives have changed forever.
You’ll manage a carefully controlled caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims, working closely with clients, their families and multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams to secure early treatment, interim payments and long-term support. The work is varied, challenging and incredibly rewarding, with exposure to complex brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, fatal accidents and other life-changing claims.
You’ll also join a collaborative team that believes the best results come from working together. Complex cases are handled using a pyramid structure, giving you direct access to experienced senior lawyers while allowing you to play a meaningful role throughout each claim.
