We’re working with a leading UK firm to recruit a Transactional Real Estate Solicitor to join their Tier 1-ranked team in Manchester.
This is a standout opportunity for a 1–5 PQE solicitor to join a firm where you’ll do career-defining work on high-profile net-zero and infrastructure projects, while being supported by a genuinely collaborative, people-first culture. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, explore your interests and grow your career in a way that feels right for you.
You’ll join a Manchester team of over 35 transactional real estate lawyers working on matters including large-scale acquisitions, infrastructure schemes, and energy and decarbonisation projects for household-name clients.
Who we’re looking for
- 1–5 PQE solicitor
- Experience in real estate transactions such as leases, acquisitions, and disposals
- Net-zero or energy sector experience
- Commercial, strategic mindset with excellent client communication
- Strong drafting, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Team-first attitude and enthusiasm for legal tech innovation
- Curious, proactive and resilient personality with ambition to grow
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a caseload of transactional real estate work for high-profile clients
- Working on commercial leases, options, disposals, acquisitions and large-scale infrastructure schemes
- Supporting projects involving decarbonisation and net-zero goals
- Collaborating with partners and colleagues across Manchester and other UK offices
- Using legal tech to support work delivery
- Contributing to team discussions, development and training
- Getting involved in BD and client relationships at a pace that suits you
