Residential Conveyancer
Hot Job
- Join a growing Residential Property team with genuine opportunities to progress your career
- Hybrid working and Happy Hours, achievable targets and a bonus scheme that rewards your success
- Be part of a friendly, collaborative culture where you’ll be trusted to manage your caseload without micromanagement
If you’re looking for a Residential Conveyancing role where you can focus on delivering excellent client service without feeling like you’re on a production line, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
You’ll become part of one of the firm’s largest and most important departments, helping support its continued growth and future expansion plans. With investment across the Property division and exciting plans for the future, you’ll join a team where your contribution will genuinely make a difference.
From day one, you’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with the support of your own legal assistant, giving you the freedom to concentrate on fee-earning and client relationships rather than being overwhelmed by administration. Caseloads are carefully managed and tailored to the complexity of the work you handle, ensuring expectations remain realistic and sustainable.
This isn’t a firm that believes success comes from pushing people to breaking point. Monthly reviews focus on support, development and making sure workloads remain manageable, allowing you to produce your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As your career develops, you’ll find genuine opportunities to progress. Career conversations are ongoing rather than annual formalities, with appraisals focused on understanding where you want to go and helping you build the skills to get there. Many of the firm’s senior leaders started in junior positions themselves, creating a culture where progression is demonstrated rather than simply promised.
