We’re thrilled to announce that Realm has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Manchester Young Talent Awards (MYTAS).
Our Senior Consultant and Private Client specialist Kelly Reid is up for the award for Talent and Recruiter of the Year, while our Administration Manager Rebecca Hopwood has been nominated in the category for PA, EA or Business Support of the Year. Lastly, our entire team have been shortlisted for the Team of the Year.
The MYTAs are held each year by JCI Manchester to recognise the hard work of the very best of Manchester’s young business talent across a range of sectors, including property, law, finance and marketing. On 15th November, the nominees will be celebrated and the awards presented at a glamorous ceremony at the Museum of Science and Industry.
Kelly joined Realm just shy of two years ago and has worked in legal recruitment for more than a decade. Since specialising in Private Client recruitment at the end of last year, as a result of her professional yet personable approach, she has emerged as one of the leading recruiters of Private Client lawyers in the North of England.
Over the last two years, Rebecca has become an essential member of the Realm team. She has helped to improve the efficiency of the business in a number of ways, which has undoubtedly contributed to our combined success.
Our final nomination for the award of Team of the Year is extra special. At Realm, our team have continually worked together to effectively service the needs of Manchester’s lawyers and law firms. Our refreshing and consultative approach has enabled the team to reinforce Realm’s position as a key player within the city’s legal recruitment sector.
