Are you a Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive and flexible environment?
A growing team in Sale is looking for a self-sufficient clinical negligence fee earner to join their well-established department. With a strong pipeline of work and plans for growth, this is a great chance for someone who wants to handle high-quality cases and progress in a close-knit and collaborative firm.
You’ll manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims with support from a dedicated paralegal. The work will vary depending on complexity, with caseloads typically ranging from 25-50 files. The firm has a friendly culture where most solicitors have stayed for many years, supported by flexible working and a team-first ethos.
Who we’re looking for
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 1–4 PQE
- At least one year handling clinical negligence cases independently or with minimal supervision
- Proven track record as a self-sufficient fee earner with strong client care skills
- Approachable and friendly personality to fit into a supportive, down-to-earth team
