The firm has grown into a regional practice with approximately 120 employees while retaining a friendly, family-feel culture built on collaboration and an open-door approach.

With the option of a 4-day working week or compressed hours, alongside minimal office attendance, this role offers an attractive balance of professional responsibility and personal flexibility.

  • Bonus scheme
  • Part-time role with a 4-day working week or compressed hours considered
  • Hybrid working – minimum 2 days per month in the office
  • Standard full-time hours of 35 per week, 9am–5pm, with part-time hours agreed accordingly
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and Christmas closure (part-time entitlement pro rata)
