Who we’re looking for
- Grade C or Grade B Clinical Negligence Solicitor (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience running your own medical negligence caseload
- Ability to analyse and interpret detailed medical evidence
- Experience with case management systems (Proclaim desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate approach and strong client-care skills
- AvMA, Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel or APIL membership (desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own claimant clinical negligence caseload from start to finish
- Work closely with clients, medical experts and counsel
- Analyse medical records and evidence to build strong cases
- Draft key legal documentation and progress claims efficiently
- Contribute to a collaborative, values-driven team culture
- Potential involvement in large group actions and high-profile claims alongside senior colleagues
- Work 2 days per week in the Manchester office as part of a hybrid model
