This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute Commercial Property Partner to join a respected, full-service law firm with a strong regional presence and ambitious growth plans.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Commercial Property department, working across Greater Manchester. This role suits a partner with a strong market reputation, an established client following, and the appetite to lead, grow and influence strategy at a senior level.
You’ll have the freedom to build on an existing platform, supported by collaborative leadership and a firm that genuinely invests in its people and practice areas.
Who we’re looking for
- Commercial Property Partner with extensive experience advising on complex commercial property matters
- A strong, loyal client following and well-established professional network
- Proven track record of winning work and developing long-term client relationships
- Collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Experience building or scaling a team or service line (Desired)
- Ability to bring a small team or key individuals with you (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and growing the Commercial Property department across multiple offices
- Managing and expanding your own high-quality client portfolio
- Delivering expert legal advice across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Acting as a senior ambassador for the firm in the Manchester and wider regional market
- Mentoring and developing junior solicitors and supporting succession planning
- Helping shape the long-term strategy and direction of the commercial property offering
