Who we’re looking for
- Commercial Property Solicitor with around 4+ years’ PQE
- Strong background in commercial property matters from a reputable firm
- Confident managing matters independently and advising clients directly
- Commercially minded, with the ability to provide pragmatic, solution-focused advice
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge (Desired)
- Interested in contributing to business development and wider firm growth (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases
- Development work
- Delivering clear, commercially focused advice to clients
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Contributing to business development and networking activity
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across other practice areas to support cross-referrals
