Who we’re looking for
- Contentious Probate Solicitor, ideally 5-8 PQE
- Strong technical ability and confidence handling disputes independently
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Hard-working, proactive and keen to contribute to team growth
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied contentious probate caseload
- Handling complex inheritance and estate disputes
- Working closely with the incoming Head of Department
- Building relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Supporting business development initiatives
- Helping shape the future growth of the department
