Corporate Commercial Paralegal
- Work one-to-one with a Corporate Director and gain proper exposure to commercial work
- 12 paid ‘Happy Hours’ each year – start later or finish earlier when life gets in the way
- Build a long-term legal career in a growing firm with hybrid working and a track record of promoting from within
If you’re looking for a Corporate Commercial Paralegal role that gives you more than admin, this is a chance to learn directly from an experienced Corporate Director while building your career in a firm with a strong track record of developing its own people.
You’ll support a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business transactions, commercial agreements and general corporate work. You’ll develop your technical knowledge, build relationships with clients and gradually take on greater responsibility as your experience grows.
And when the firm talks about progression and culture, there’s evidence behind it. Directors have built their careers here from trainee level, staff retention is excellent, and appraisals focus on where you want your career to go and the practical steps that will help you get there.
There’s also very little hierarchy. Junior and senior colleagues work closely together, teams regularly invite senior leaders to join them for lunch, and office days are designed around maintaining face-to-face relationships rather than presenteeism.
