Court of Protection Lawyer
Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is looking for a Court of Protection Lawyer (solicitor/legal executive/paralegal) with 2+ years experience to join its standout Legal 500 Tier 1 team.
The firm is open to considering existing Court of Protection lawyers for this role, or private client, catastrophic injury or clinical negligence lawyers who would like to retrain into Court of Protection.
You’ll be able to progress quickly, as the firm also runs a clear and transparent annual promotion scheme, which is open to all – so no more waiting patiently for your manager to recognise and reward your contributions.
This role also comes with the exciting opportunity to run your own small team, as you supervise junior lawyers and paralegals as the department grows.

Team members get a minimum of 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year and an additional two days per year to do charitable work.
