This leading North West law firm is looking for a Court of Protection specialist to join its growing private client offering in Preston. You’ll benefit from a quality caseload of property and affairs matters ready from day one, without the pressure of bringing your own work.
This is a key strategic hire, and you’ll have the freedom to develop the role around your strengths and ambitions. Whether you’re focused on technical excellence, team leadership, or both, the path is yours to shape.
Who we’re looking for
- 4+ PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong experience in Court of Protection work
- Confident managing a caseload independently (property and affairs focus)
- Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and relevant case law
- A team player with excellent communication and client care skills
- Experience supervising junior colleagues would be a bonus
- BD experience or desire to build the team is welcomed, but not essential
