Who we’re looking for

• Court of Protection Solicitor with approximately 4-8 years’ PQE
• Experience managing Deputyship and Attorneyship matters independently
• Ability to run a caseload autonomously while collaborating with senior colleagues
• Strong technical knowledge of Property & Affairs Court of Protection work
• Ambition to develop and grow a specialist department
• Leadership potential and desire to supervise others in the future (Desired)
• Excellent client care and communication skills

What you’ll be doing

• Managing an established caseload of approximately 25 deputyships and 15 attorneyships
• Advising clients, families and professional contacts on Court of Protection matters
• Working autonomously while receiving support and guidance from experienced partners
• Helping develop and expand the Court of Protection offering
• Building relationships with referral sources and internal stakeholders
• Playing a key role in the future growth of the department
• Progressing towards leading your own specialist team as the caseload expands
