A highly respected regional law firm is looking for a Family Care Solicitor (qualified solicitor or CILEX) with at least three years’ experience to join their down-to-earth team in Coventry.
Alongside a competitive salary, you will also have the opportunity to work remotely for two days each week. There is also the potential to move towards becoming a Senior Associate as soon as you pass your probation period, boosting your career prospects and earning potential.
There’s also a £500 joining bonus to top up your salary.
Working alongside one of the owners of the firm, you’ll handle a mixed caseload of public child protection law matters. The right candidate will have experience of working on similar files.
You’ll also have the chance to flex your leadership skills as you oversee and mentor two trainee solicitors.
You’ll join an experienced and supportive team of eight based across three offices, with an in-house costs team – so you won’t have to deal with the finances on your files, freeing you up to be more hands on with clients.
The firm has a modern brand, new website and has a significant volume of inbound work.
