Junior Commercial Property Solicitor
Hot Job
- Join a growing Commercial Property team where you’ll work directly alongside senior lawyers from day one
- Build a broader skillset across Commercial Property and Property Finance with hybrid working and genuine progression
- Be part of a people-first firm where learning, mentoring and long-term careers come before hierarchy
If you’re an NQ-2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor looking for more than a narrow caseload and limited progression, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
You’ll join a growing Commercial Property team at an exciting stage in its development, working closely with senior lawyers on high-quality transactions while gradually building your own caseload.
Rather than being one of many junior solicitors in a large department, you’ll enjoy regular access to experienced leaders who are genuinely invested in helping you develop your career.
From the outset, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development finance, real estate finance, bridging finance, rights of way and high-value refinancing.
The culture is one of the firm’s biggest strengths. Leadership is approachable, collaboration comes naturally, and ideas are welcomed regardless of seniority. People are trusted to develop at their own pace, with genuine investment in long-term careers rather than short-term performance.
Who we’re looking for
- NQ-2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
- Strong Commercial Property training or post-qualified experience
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong drafting and organisational ability
- Keen to broaden your technical knowledge across a varied caseload
- Interest in Property Finance work (desirable)
- Ambitious, collaborative and looking to build a long-term career
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own Commercial Property matters as your experience develops
- Supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions
- Advising clients on a broad range of Commercial Property matters
- Building long-term client relationships
- Attending networking opportunities where appropriate
- Developing your technical expertise across a varied property caseload
- Contributing to the continued growth of the department
Salary & Benefits
- Structured salary review after 12 months
- Hybrid working (2 days from home)
- Additional birthday leave
- Annual recharge day
- Volunteer days
- Christmas shutdown
- Monthly team lunches
- Attendance bonus
- Electric car salary sacrifice scheme
- Sponsored qualifications and ongoing learning support
- Legal services discount
- Social events
- Genuine long-term progression within a growing department
