We’re recruiting for an Insolvency Solicitor with at least four years’ PQE to join a reputable, friendly, Tier 1 Legal 500 team based in Greater Manchester as a Junior Partner.

This is an unrivalled opportunity to move into a Partner role, with no requirement to bring a following.

The role also comes with a fantastic salary and hybrid working (up to three days per week).

You’ll be acting on a varied caseload of company and personal insolvency matters for a client base of insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, businesses, directors and individuals. A typical month might include advising on commercial contingency planning, distressed M&A work, credit bidding, formal insolvency proceedings, out-of-court refinancing and individual bankruptcy.

The right candidate will have a solid background in contentious and non-contentious insolvency work. There is no requirement for a following, but good connections would be a bonus, as well as a willingness to get stuck in with business development to help grow the team’s network.
