This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional practice in Kidderminster, stepping into a role with real influence, autonomy and a clear pathway to senior leadership.
You’ll be joining a sizeable, well-resourced Private Client team. You will be the senior point of contact, both for clients and internally, giving you visibility, responsibility and progression without having to wait for someone else to move on.

Who we’re looking for
- 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Strong experience handling a generalist Private Client caseload
- Comfortable running matters independently across wills, LPAs, probate and trusts
- Open to candidates from high-street or regional backgrounds with solid experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident building client relationships and acting as a trusted senior adviser
- STEP qualified or working towards STEP (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a busy and varied Private Client caseload, including wills, LPAs, estate administration and trusts
- Acting as the senior, go-to lawyer in the Kidderminster office
- Delivering consistently high standards of client care
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
- Building strong internal relationships across offices and teams
- Contributing to marketing, business development and cross-referral activity
- Playing a key role in the continued growth and profile of the Private Client offering

- Full-time or 4-day week considered
