If you’re an NQ–3 PQE Private Client Solicitor looking for a role where you can build confidence without being overloaded with files, this Chester opportunity offers a strong platform for the next stage of your career.

Importantly, your development won’t stop with your existing caseload. You’ll also support on more complex Private Client and trusts matters, giving you the opportunity to broaden your technical expertise and gradually take on increasingly sophisticated work.

The firm takes a merit-based approach to progression, with no fixed ceiling on how far you can develop. There are annual pay reviews too, alongside flexibility to work across its Chester and St Asaph offices and hybrid working once you’re established.
