This is a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a supportive, medium-sized firm in Solihull. You’ll step into a varied caseload spanning residential matters, HNW clients and a broad mix of private client work, all within a collaborative environment that genuinely prioritises balance, flexibility and wellbeing.

Who we’re looking for

• NQ–4 PQE Private Client Solicitor
• Mixed private client experience
• Strong technical ability
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Confident managing billing requirements
• Adaptable, team-focused and values-driven
• Interest in BD (desired)

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a varied private client caseload including residential and HNW matters
• Deliver excellent client service with a friendly, personal approach
• Meet chargeable hour expectations
• Build long-term client relationships
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment
