This is a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a supportive, medium-sized firm in Solihull. You’ll step into a varied caseload spanning residential matters, HNW clients and a broad mix of private client work, all within a collaborative environment that genuinely prioritises balance, flexibility and wellbeing.

Who we’re looking for
- NQ–4 PQE Private Client Solicitor
- Mixed private client experience
- Strong technical ability
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Confident managing billing requirements
- Adaptable, team-focused and values-driven
- Interest in BD (desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a varied private client caseload including residential and HNW matters
- Deliver excellent client service with a friendly, personal approach
- Meet chargeable hour expectations
- Build long-term client relationships
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment
