Private Client Solicitor
Hot Job
- Join a growing Private Client team with a clear pathway to senior roles as the department expands
- Manage a varied caseload including trusts, HNW work and estate planning, supported by a collaborative bonus structure
- Hybrid working, flexible hours and genuine investment in your long-term career
If you’re looking for a Private Client role where you can develop your expertise rather than simply keep up with a busy caseload, this is an opportunity to join a team with ambitious growth plans and plenty of work already available.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, trainees and support staff, you’ll inherit a quality caseload while continuing to build your technical expertise across trusts, tax planning, probate, estate administration, wills and LPAs. Trust work is a significant part of the department, making this an excellent opportunity for someone keen to strengthen this area of their practice.
As the team grows, you’ll benefit from plenty of support while enjoying real responsibility from day one. The department operates with a collaborative team target, encouraging colleagues to work together rather than compete for work, alongside an individual bonus scheme that rewards strong performance.
The culture is built around long-term careers rather than short-term targets. Leadership is approachable, ideas are welcomed, and people are trusted to manage their work while delivering outstanding service to clients. With increasing numbers of high-net-worth clients and a steady flow of new instructions, you’ll have every opportunity to continue developing your career.
