This is a rare opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join a modern, forward-thinking firm that specialises exclusively in private client work.
You’ll handle a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lifetime planning, with a focus on complex, high-value estates. The firm receives work from a wide range of sources, including repeat clients, referrals from other law firms, IFAs, and accountants, ensuring a consistent and high-quality caseload.
With no set targets, a team-focused approach, and a culture of continuous improvement, this is the perfect role for a solicitor who wants to develop their expertise and grow with a firm that is expanding its office space and future vision.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor who:
- Essential: 1-3 PQE in private client law.
- Essential: Probate experience, with a mix of wills, LPAs, and estate administration.
- Desirable: Experience with taxable estates, trusts, lifetime planning, and gifting.
- Essential: A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment and is eager to grow.
- Desirable: An interest in cross-border estates and working with business owners on estate planning.
