This pivotal position offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload encompassing sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered land, requiring from inception through to completion. You’ll liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to deliver top-tier residential conveyancing services.
Suitable candidates will bring a blend of technical skill and personable client engagement. You’ll be versed in handling a comprehensive list of conveyancing tasks with minimum supervision, maintaining a high standard of work, and upholding the firm’s strong reputation.
