Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for more manageable file numbers, strong support and the opportunity to play a bigger role within a growing team?
This successful Cheshire firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its Residential Property team. Property accounts for a significant proportion of the firm’s revenue and is central to its continued growth plans.
You’ll work closely with the award-winning Head of Property, managing around 70 files with your own assistant. The emphasis is firmly on providing excellent client service rather than pushing through excessive volumes.
There’s also scope to become a trusted second-in-command within the team, contribute to business development and play a wider role in the department’s growth.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with strong Residential Conveyancing experience (E)
- Proven ability to independently manage a caseload (E)
- Excellent client care and communication skills (E)
- Strong organisation and caseload management (E)
- Commercially aware and proactive approach (E)
- Collaborative and willing to support colleagues (E)
- Interest in the wider development of the department (E)
- Business development experience or appetite to get involved (D)

Salary & Benefits
