This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take real ownership of a local branch within a long-established, well-respected regional firm.
The role goes beyond fee-earning alone. You’ll be trusted to run your own caseload, become the day-to-day lead for the office, and play a key part in shaping how the branch develops. This is a role for someone who values quality, continuity and personal service over volume.
You’ll step into a position where you can build things properly from the ground up, with the freedom to create efficient systems, nurture introducer relationships, and establish yourself as the face of conveyancing locally.
Who we’re looking for
- Strong experience managing residential files end-to-end independently
- Comfortable handling autonomy and representing the firm locally
- Confident building and maintaining relationships with agents and referrers
- Warm, friendly and grounded
- Client-focused with a sincere, fair approach
- Naturally personable and confident speaking with clients and introducers (Desired)
- High-street conveyancing background preferred (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Taking ownership of the branch’s day-to-day running
- Building strong relationships with local agents and introducers
- Helping grow the branch’s reputation and long-term presence
- Supervising and supporting a secretary/assistant
- Creating strong foundations for the branch’s future growth
There’s no micromanagement on billable hours, success is measured by outcomes, client service and the strength of local relationships.
