Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for high-quality work without unrealistic file numbers?
This growing Cheshire firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its Property team. You’ll work closely with an award-winning, highly regarded Head of Property and become a key member of a department central to the firm’s growth plans.
You’ll manage around 70 files with your own assistant, allowing you to focus on fee earning and excellent client service. Targets are individually agreed based on workload and work type, with a genuine emphasis on keeping them manageable.
There’s also scope to act as a trusted second-in-command, contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the department.
Who we’re looking for
- Strong Residential Conveyancing experience (E)
- Ability to independently manage a caseload (E)
- Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Fee Earners considered (E)
- Excellent client care and organisational skills (E)
- Commercially aware and proactive (E)
- Collaborative, team-focused approach (E)
- Interest in contributing beyond your caseload (D)
- Business development experience (D)

Salary & Benefits
- Up to £65,000 depending on experience
- £1,000 bonus for hitting annual target
